What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?
I refuse to get a car so I use public transportation which forces me to walk. Today I did 4800 steps and am exhausted. Also have good friends to talk to when I am stressed.

I love that you do that mindfully. When you live in an area where you take public transit, it can be very easy to get in those steps. When you live in rural areas, a little more difficult. I miss the bus, it was my way to relax before and after work.
