Exam canceled!

Exam canceled!

I was in a grumpy mood this morning as I had to be up earlier than planned. I had my coffee and a little something to eat but didn’t overdo it. I had just enough time to call the sub place and pick up the sub and then catch the bus. I made it with a half hour to spare. Luckily they took me early. I had to drink contrast. It tasted lousy. The CT scan was over in minutes. Then I had my sub. I had plenty of time to kill but my concentration wasn’t so great. I was feeling tired. I tried studying but nothing was computing.

Around 3, I left for campus and there were no shuttles so I was an hour and a half early for class. I read my notebook. I also listened to music. I wanted to nap but there was too much commotion going on. I wanted a Hershey bar but the vending machine was broke. I tried napping and then went to the auditorium. They were passing out the exam and bubble sheets. About midway through, the lecturer asked who didn’t have the exam and nearly half the class didn’t have it. So it was canceled for today and rescheduled for Wed. I am so glad.

I went home but there was train delay leaving the station. I also had to pick up my meds. I sort of snoozed on the train. I again tried to get a Hershey bar and the pharmacy didn’t have the bar I wanted. Just a small fucking bar. They just had the one with almonds but I didn’t want that and I wasn’t going to pay $7 for a snack pack. I missed the bus so had to wait. My sister said she made pasta so I told her to save me some. She didn’t tell me it was with chickpeas. Yuck. I passed. I am hungry but I don’t know what I want to eat. I really want a tuna sandwich but I am out of tuna. I plan on going to the grocery store tomorrow. I will need more half and half anyway.

The ex took the puppy and I miss her so much. The house isn’t the same with her gone. I hope he brings her back tomorrow. I walked a lot today as I had to go into the main part of the hospital to get to imaging. My legs are hurting and aching. The pollen count was high today so I have been sniffling most of the day. The post nasal drip has irritated my throat. Did I mention I hate this season?? I don’t have much to do tomorrow except go to the grocery store and study some more.
