Another night of no sleep 29082026
I have been up since 1pm yesterday. I haven’t been able to sleep at all. I have been in pain most of the day and really tired but no sleep happens. I ended up taking two pain pills last night because I was hurting so bad.
I had some coffee but I haven’t had anything to eat today. I think I am just going to stick with fluids today as my stomach is still bothering me. I listened to music most of the night. It was soothing. I took miralax but nothing is happening. I just feel awful. I feel nauseous again so I took some Zofran. I would be so lost without Zofran. It has helped me so much. I think because I had to take two pain pills last night it made things worse. I took miralax again so hopefully things will start moving tomorrow.
Last night I read the Neurosis and Treatment book. It got me thinking as it was talking about trauma. I made notes about it to talk to my therapist about it. She is on vacation next week so will talk about it when she returns. Sox has a double header today so not sure if I will get any reading done. I am in between games right now. The first game just ended and we won. They came alive in the 8th inning.
