Jason Varitek because he has integrity and sets the tone. Great catcher.
Derek Jeter because he also has integrity, honesty, and sportsmanship not seen in other athletes. Great shortstop, even if he did play for the Skanks.
Roger Clemens because he was a great pitcher I admired growing up.
