What positive events have taken place in your life over the past year?
I had top surgery finally. My mind and body are finally congruent with one another.

I’m not exactly sure what top surgery is but if google can be trusted it sounds like a good thing so congratulations. Having your mind and body in synch is very good.

It’s basically a double mastectomy (both breasts are removed)
