More headaches and depression

I had another headache today. My neuro got back to me but it was the nurse who just asked a bunch of questions. Now I am waiting for the doctor to get back to me. I feel miserable and don’t want to do anything. Tomorrow I am supposed to go with my cousins to south of Boston to see my other cousin that lives down there. I don’t want to so I canceled. I also have a UTI so I don’t want to be in a car for 45 mins with urinary urgency. That would not be good. I have been trying to increase my fluids. I really didn’t drink today. I just had my coffee and some Powerade.

I couldn’t sleep last night. I think I slept two hours and then I had to go pee. Then that was the end of it. I was tossing and turning the rest of the night. I got hungry but I had reflux, which is weird. I drank an ensure. That seemed to help. I was in pain last night with my damn ankle. I had a damn headache and my CRPS ankle was flaring. I was able to sleep a couple of hours in the morning but I kept waking up to pee.

I slept in the afternoon for a little bit. I feel wicked tired. I am going to go to bed. I talked with my cousin for a little bit. Tomorrow I got to go to the hospital to drop off a urine sample. I hope I don’t have any pee accidents while I am out.
