Taylor merch made my day

I finally got Taylor’s new CD yesterday and I opened it today. I thought it was a double album but it wasn’t but I got merch inside it! There were some cards, a patch, a magnet I think, and a gold plated bookmark, which I love. All are embossed with Black Dog. It made my day getting these things.

I woke up early today, before 9. I decided to stay up because I had my grocery delivery coming, or at least, I thought it would. I got a call around 1230 saying that they are sorry but they can’t make it at the time I requested can they come a half hour later. I said ok. The driver came at like 240. He took forever to get my things out of the truck. I was not happy. I got my turkey and after I put things away, I made a sandwich. For some reason, it bothered my stomach. It feels like I had a huge meal but I didn’t.

I’ve been playing Tortured Poets since I got it. I love this album. There are some songs I really like. It is cool today and I had to switch to PJs because wind is blowing, making my room cold. I was wearing shorts before. I love the new PJs I got. They are nice and soft. I need to take a shower today and I think I will in about an hour. Tomorrow I am going for my haircut and then going to the game. I am so excited. I am going to have Fenway Franks at Fenway. It is supposed to be in the 60s tomorrow but with wind, it might be cooler. I plan on wearing a sweatshirt and taking my other long sleeve shirt with me just in case I am cold during the game.

Down bad

Down bad is my new favorite Taylor song. Actually, there are quite a few that have become my favorite. But the swears in this song is on point. I love it. I love her. I had another dream about her last night. Just hanging out like we were friends. Yeah right! It would be cool to meet in person but I don’t think it will ever happen.

I went to class today and it took me two fucking hours to get home. It took me like an hour to get to the square and then an hour to get home after I picked up my meds. I had to wait in the pharmacy for a bit because one of them wasn’t ready yet. I still don’t know if my doc put in the prior auth for my migraine med. I need to call tomorrow to find out the status. I hate making phone calls. HA I don’t have to call. It is ready for me to pick up. I will have it delivered tomorrow.

I am worried about the fall as I have class starting at 11 and then again at 2. Coming home at 530 after leaving my house at 0930 doesn’t seem like a good thing. There are supposed to be some track work around slow zones coming up soon. I just hope the service is better for it.

I am wicked tired. Sox had a day game and lost again. They are home for the week or so. I got tickets for Saturday’s game. I can’t wait. I haven’t been to Fenway since before Covid. I actually don’t remember the last time I went. It has been a while. I just hope my ankle doesn’t flare up like it did today. Part of the reason it took forever to get home was because of pain. My ankle is feeling ok now that I have been resting it. I don’t know if it is my sneakers or where the injury is that is causing the pain. I need to call ortho but I really don’t want to.

It’s just about 8pm right now and I am seriously thinking about going to bed. My body is just hurting. My chest was hurting me again this morning. I slept like a rock last night, which probably means I won’t sleep tonight. I ordered my groceries so I hope they come earlier than later. I won’t know until tomorrow morning. Today is the anniversary of my father passing away. It’s been eight years. I miss the bastard.

Another bad night of sleeping

I had dozed off around 2130 and then woke up around 2330 and I was up for most of the night. I didn’t think I would go back to sleep. I did and then I had dreams that gave me headaches. I woke up feeling really tired but I had to get my glasses today. I had some coffee and then left the house. I took an Uber to get there and figured I would take the T back home.

I got there and the glasses were the same frame. That is not what I ordered. They tried to find the frames that I did order but couldn’t so I got another frame. Now I got to wait a couple of weeks for them. I love the new frame and the transition lenses. My prescription didn’t change so now I have different glasses to wear. I like this option.

I came home and I bought a cheese steak sub and some fries. I hadn’t eaten all day and I was hungry. I came home and ate half of the sub. I just couldn’t finish it. It was too big. I came upstairs after I ate and crashed. I slept for a little bit and still feel tired and I have a headache. I am not sure if it is my sinuses or not. I need to take a shower today. I probably will after the game. They lost last night but are leading right now.

I started chapter 10 last night as I read because I couldn’t sleep. I got the extra credit I put in. I am so happy about that. It increased my grade a little. I want to finish the chapter but not sure as right now my head is pounding. I just took a migraine med. I am waiting for the injection med to be renewed. Insurance needs to approve it. If I don’t hear anything tomorrow, I will call them to find out what the status is.

Sox are smoking the Guardians right now, lead 4-0. They chased the starting pitcher. Haha. I love this game so much. Last night I was in my happy place as I was listening to the game and just relaxing. I was going to go to the game on Saturday but the tickets are too expensive. So I am going to buy some hot dogs and maybe some beer and have a little while listening to the game.
