  2. I find that reading about suicide helps to validate my feelings and makes me feel less suicidal. It’s like the author is understanding what I am feeling and I am comforted by that.

  3. I find reading materials on the positive voice off suicide empowering. Once I feel empowered, I no longer feel so urgent about leaving the planet. How does that resonate with you (if at all)?
